About Choir

The Batavia High School Chorale is an SATB choir that rehearses daily. The ensemble requires no audition and welcomes students from all skill levels and walks of life. The choir sings music from a diverse assortment of composers, time periods & genres. Section leaders and a choir president help in the assistance of this ensemble. 

The Batavia High School Chamber Choir is an audition SATB choir that rehearses daily. Membership involves an audition process involving pitch accuracy, and intonation along with a strong understanding of rhythm and tempo. This ensemble competes and participates in various competitions and community events. This choir has a primary focus on chamber and acapella music from a diverse arrangement of composers, genres and time periods. Section leaders and a class president assist in this competing ensemble.
