About Percussion

Percussion class meets daily at Batavia High School. It is not a part of the concert band. Percussion class focuses on percussion technique and fundamentals and performs at concerts playing percussion ensembles. During the 2022/2023 school year, the ensemble was split into 2 groups with the purchase of additional percussion instruments. Each student was in a small ensemble and the larger group contained everyone in the class.
